Cups are not just for coffee, hot chocolate, matcha and tea!
This is just the right size for a nutritious, filling and delicious breakfast to start your day right.
I’ve added a list of superfood ingredients that I usually use, but you don’t have to limit yourself to mine, so get creative, have FUN and 5-6 is a good number!
Ingredients
Makes 1 large cup or 2 small servings
3 tbsp ground flax
6 tbsp coconut milk kefir
3 drops Lakanto Vanilla liquid drops https://rawelements.ca (Use CODE food4u to get an extra 10% everything you order)
1/2 tbsp molasses
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp maca
Mix these ingredients in a small bowl and set aside for 10 minutes. In the meantime, choose 5-6 of the following ingredients and place in an even smaller bowl.
1/2 – 1 tbsp each:
bee pollen
sunflower seeds
pumpkin seeds
hemp seeds
nut butter
large flaked coconut
cacao nibs
cacao powder
honey/maple syrup
3 brazil nuts (or other nut), chopped
1/2 banana sliced
10 blackberries, raspberries or blueberries
