What you Need:
2 scoops Good Stuff Chocolate Chaga Smoothie Mix
2 cups unsweetened coconut milk/hemp or almond milk
1 cup filtered water
2 large frozen bananas (I buy them in bulk, peel and freeze them so my shake can be cold and I don’t have to add ice which will make it freezing and that’s not good for your tummy’s digestion!)
4 dates, pitted
½ tsp cinnamon
Pinch sea salt
Mix everything in a highpowered blender and mix well until smooth. Makes 4 cups.
