Gomasio is Japanese and this is an all-purpose seasoning filled with loads of vitamins and minerals, especially iodine, B vitamins and calcium!
Ingredients:
½ cup dulse (seaweed)
½ cup white sesame seeds
1 tsp Pink Himalayan salt
1 tsp each dried basil, oregano and thyme
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp spirulina (Optional)
Place in a glass spice jar and use as topping for salads, pasta, soups, stews and rice dishes.
