I love ice cream but it doesn’t always love me!

Even the most delicious, crafted, store-bought artisan “gelato” has lots of sugar, eggs and dairy which can cause lots of stomach and digestive issues and is loaded with calories.

I’ve got a delicious, nutritious, high protein and easy peasy plantbased “nice-cream” that only requires a food processor!

Ingredients for 4 servings

3 cups frozen dragon fruit, pineapple, mango

3/4 cup yogurt (vanilla or coconut works well here but plain is good too! Option to use vegan also)

2-3 tbsp milk of choice

1-2 tbsp whole cane sugar (sucanat), optional

3 tbsp vanilla protein powder I used Sunwarrior Clean Keto


  1. Place yogurt, sugar if using, protein powder and frozen fruit in food processor and mix well, slowly adding milk.
  2. Best to eat right away or pour into popsicle molds and freeze, if you can wait?!
