Another easy, classic all-purpose dressing inspired by my Italian roots!
Makes 1 cup
In a blender or simply a jar with a lid, shake:
1/3 cup olive oil or half olive oil and half hemp oil
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
Juice 1 whole lemon
1/3 cup water
1 tsp each dried dill and sea salt
Will keep in fridge for up to 1 week.
