Weekends are for spending time with friends and our one of a kind, fun and relaxing wellness tours will stimulate all of your senses!
Stephanie, a certified yoga instructor (600+hrs Teacher Training), will guide you through a yoga class for all levels, followed by a delicious and locally made picnic lunch with dessert (vegan and gfree options available), wine tasting and then the leisure cycling tour begins!!! Back at the winery by 4:30-5pm
Stephanie will also be your local and experienced (First Aid Certified) bicycle tour guide as you follow her and ride your Euro Style easy-ride bike along the Niagara Parkway bike path, down country roads and in town for some shopping if you see something unique. As we leisurely cycle, we will be stopping several times along our tour route as we visit 2-3 selected wineries. Here, you will not only sip and savour but also learn a bit about the winery, wine making techniques and tasting notes. We also stop to discover Niagara-on-the-Lake’s hidden cultural and historical landmarks and visit popular ones too.

Cycling Tours operate until September 26, 2021, these one of a kind, fun and relaxing wellness day retreats will stimulate all of your senses!
Stephanie, a certified yoga instructor (600+hrs Teacher Training), will guide you through a yoga class for all levels, followed by a chef prepared energy boosting picnic lunch with Italian gelato in town for dessert! (vegan and gfree options available). Extra local goodies and natural beverages will be provided too!

This is the perfect way to start the weekend! We meet at a local Niagara-on-the-Lake winery. A wine expert will take you through a flight of wine tastings followed by a locally catered charcuterie dinner with dessert. The finale … a gentle stretch and unwind yoga class overlooking the sunset in the lavender fields and a surprise gift to take home!
