Enjoy your next staycation in Niagara-on-the-Lake …. the eco-adventurous way! Choose from 3 wellness day events. Yoga, wine, food and your choice of a leisure bike tour of local wineries, paddle boarding the tranquil shores of NOTL or astrology and cocktails! All events run May-October every weekend with a min. of 6 people. Come with your besties for a day of self-care and fun times!
Sunset Yoga in the Lavender Field Friday’s
5pm-8:30pm, Friday’s in July
This is the perfect way to start the weekend! We meet at a local Niagara-on-the-Lake winery. A wine expert will take you through a flight of wine tastings followed by a locally catered charcuterie dinner with dessert. The finale … a gentle stretch and unwind yoga class overlooking the sunset in the lavender fields.
Yoga and Snowshoeing in the Vineyard
The key to a happier and healthier lifestyle is getting outdoors and trying new experiences that involve movement, mindfulness and mega fun! This season, escape to Niagara-on-the-Lake and discover how much fun snowy Canadian winters can be! Practice a gentle yoga class by a warm fireplace followed by wine tasting and delicious chef-made vineyard lunch with dessert and glass of wine. Enjoy the afternoon and have fun while snowshoeing through the vineyards (weather permitting, with option of guided walking tour of NOTL). Meet new people or book your own private or corporate group retreat (min. 6).
