Seedy Krackers

Makes 10-12 cups

3 celery stalks

1 cup ground flax

1 cup whole flax soaked in 2 cups water

½ cup brown sesame seeds

½ cup chia seeds

½ cup sunflower seeds

¼  cup black sesame seeds

1 tbsp dried oregano

2 tsp sea salt

2 tsp turmeric

1-2 cups water

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high speed food processor but add only 1 cup of water at a time because if it is too liquid, it wont bind and hold together as a cracker
  2. Spread on parchment paper or dehydrator sheet and dehydrate @ 115F for 10-12 hours or until crispy.
