This season, escape to Niagara-on-the-Lake and discover how much fun snowy Canadian winters can be!  Practice a gentle yoga class by a warm fireplace followed by wine tasting and delicious chef-made vineyard lunch with dessert and glass of wine.  Enjoy the afternoon and have fun while snowshoeing through the vineyards (weather permitting, with option of guided walking tour of NOTL).  Meet new people or book your own private or corporate group retreat (min. 6).

Experience a slow and gentle yoga class designed for all levels in the snow (indoors if weather doesn’t cooperate) and a guided snowshoe hike (5km loop) along the Niagara River Parkway as we visit 3 boutique wineries.  Sip and savour Niagara’s finest vintages and fuel your body with a locally made healthy high tea lunch.
