Citrus Dressing

This is an all purpose dressing and you can substitute the orange for a lemon or lime if you prefer a more tangy and less sweet taste.  Why not add a sprinkle of hemp hearts, sesame, sunflower or pumpkin seeds ontop of your salad for that extra crunch, fiber, protein and vitamins and minerals?

Ingredients:

Juice of 1 orange

1 tbsp organic sesame seed oil

3 tbsp cold-pressed olive oil

2 garlic cloves minced or grated

¼ cup apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp tamari or coconut aminos

1 tbsp maple syrup

Pinch cayenne or more if you like it spicy

Whisk ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl and pour over any salad of your choice.  Will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
