Once in a while, I will have this creamy, delicious beverage with my breakfast or in the afternoon as a “boost” or “pick me up”. You can make it with decaffeinated coffee but make sure the beans are swiss filtered decaf or you can try Dandy Blend chicory coffee substitute which tastes almost exactly like coffee but without the acidity and it’s gluten-free too!
My secret ingredient is the Peruvian root called maca which gives stamina, endurance and balances hormones!

1/2 -1 cup boiling hot water
pinch sea salt
- In a high speed blender, combine above ingredients and blend well, about 1 minute. Pour into a hot cup and enjoy!
